It was the year 2013, when I met Nazareno Rocchetti.
I went to visit his laboratory, to learn about his works and finally I went to the Avenale di Cingoli, where Il Cristo delle Marche stands,a statue of black African granite over 5 meters high which ideologically and physically embraces our entire region from north to south. The atmosphere in this place is truly extraordinary. "May God bless you, The Christ of the Marches and whoever listens to him and may the sound of your violin become a Praise to Creation" is what Pope Francis wrote after listening to him.
